For nearly 40 years, Galerie Bonnard has been a household name in the Dutch art world, attracting both a loyal following and a constantly evolving audience, hosting well-attended exhibitions featuring artists who feel at home under the banner of “Modern Realism” and who, from that foundation, have developed a figurative style of expression that is entirely their own.

Galerie Honingen, located in Gouda, has been in business for over 25 years: since 1997, gallery owners Karen Boekholt and John Stel have managed to turn their personal passion for detail into a successful and leading gallery specializing in realism.

Tom S. Hageman studied at the Minerva Academy in Groningen. Later, in the 1970s and 1980s, he also taught there and became president of the Professional Association of Visual Artists. In 2004, he founded the “Classical Academy of Visual Arts” in Groningen.

As a passionate art lover and connoisseur, Ronald Kraayeveld runs his gallery in the rural town of Noord-Scharwoude (North Holland). The gallery hosts rotating exhibitions and has works in stock by artists from the Bergen School and the West Frisian Naïve artists, among others.
