Sierk was born in Vlaardingen (the Netherlands) in 1982 and he now lives and works in Amsterdam. In 2007 he earned his B.F.A. from Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam. Throughout the years his paintings have been displayed in galleries, museums and art fairs. The main focus of the themes is our generation's self-obsessed behavior and the consequences it entails. In recent years there has been a greater interest in science.
