Lisa Wiersma is oil painter and art historian. She has reconstructed works by Rembrandt, Bruegel, Vermeer, Van Gogh, and others for the Dutch television show Het Geheim van de Meester (Masterpiece). In het own work style, layering, lighting, and depth from old master painting techniques are combined with a fresh color palette. In 2024, Lisa Wiersma received the honorary title ‘Winner of the Platinum Brush’ from the Masters of Realism.
